I have so many complaints – this is my first time writing a negative review for a hotel. For what's supposed to be a rather upscale establishment, many basic facilities and services were severely lacking, which was truly disappointing. Here are the specifics: 1. **No Mini-Fridge in the Room:** This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at where the room didn't have a mini-fridge, which is absolutely ridiculous. We had no place to store our own beverages. 2. **Lack of Service for Drinkware:** We wanted to have a drink in the evening. Upon check-in, the front desk told us to simply call for wine glasses. We called at 8 PM, only to be informed it was too late and they were closed. We were given 4 disposable plastic cups instead, which really dampened the experience. 3. **Incomplete Toiletries:** There was no conditioner among the toiletries provided. They couldn't even provide the most basic amenities. 4. **Self-Service for Takeout:** We had to pick up our own takeout. The reason given was that there was only one staff member on duty at night, and they didn't have the manpower to bring it up. This is clearly an issue with the hotel's staffing arrangements. It's 2025, perhaps consider robot delivery! The only positive thing I can say is that the front desk thoughtfully upgraded us to a room with a better view for fireworks during check-in. However, this single positive doesn't make up for the numerous drawbacks. I sincerely hope the hotel can improve in the areas mentioned above.

Our hotel is the ideal choice for your family travel and leisure vacation, equipped with indoor swimming pool, gym, children's activity room and other sports and leisure places.

The hotel is in Shuyuan Village in Pudong. With many scenic spots nearby, it is just 3km away from Lin-gang Avenue Station of Shanghai Metro Line 16and 28km from Pudong International Airport. We offer 80 elegant rooms, a gym, a restaurant and meeting rooms. It is an excellent destination for leisure travel.

Generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is relatively high, and you can try Haichang again. But from the parking lot to the lobby, there is indeed a smell of decoration... just as rumored. The layout of the front desk seemed stingy. When I checked out, the entire front desk was gone and decoration started again, haha. The shuttle schedule is okay, but it fills up easily. For breakfast at the Penguin Hotel opposite, you have to wait in line. There are not many kinds of food, and the service is okay. It was also good to be able to sit next to the penguins later. The children's playground is not bad. You get a big penguin for free when you check in, which is quite nice.

Lingang, a new city perfect for young people, boasts the reputation of Shanghai's Jeju Island. It's perfect for lakeside cycling and documenting life. The Indigo Dishui Lake, newly opened in September, is very close to Yunduo Academy, perfect for strolling, slowing down, and recharging your batteries. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the InterContinental breakfast is always a guarantee of quality. A huge thank you to Ms. Luna Wang for her thoughtful service throughout our stay, which made our vacation truly wonderful. The hotel pool is also fantastic; we've reserved it for the entire day and will definitely bring my family back if we have the chance.

The hotel's location is a bit far from Ocean Park, but they provide a convenient shuttle service. We were very satisfied with the room; both our kids loved it, especially the toilet with its integrated adult and child seats. The complimentary penguin plushie from the hotel was adorable, and we even got to watch penguins while enjoying the buffet breakfast. I forgot to take photos of the room. I booked a family room with a king-size bed and a bunk bed, plus a tatami area. The room was quite spacious. Kids' amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel were all provided. The only downside was the lack of dining options nearby. However, if you're visiting Ocean Park, you'll need to plan your itinerary carefully; otherwise, you might feel quite lost or unprepared. Also, make sure to bring plenty of water, as it gets incredibly hot in the summer. The killer whale show was quite spectacular, but we didn't have time to catch the other performances. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel.
