The location and environment are decent, but the cleaning service is a complete mess – they just sweep wherever they can find a spot, and there's something new every day. The first day they took the TV remote, the second day they left the drain open and unclosed, and there were black specks stuck to the pillowcases from who-knows-where. When they called someone in to fix it, there was absolutely no apology. Maybe they don't have any standards for cleaning for long-term guests and don't check anything. It's fine for a one-day stay, but long-term guests shouldn't come. :)

Never accept a low-floor room! The front desk explained that poor drainage on lower floors causes noise. However, with incessant noises occurring less than a minute apart, sleeping at night was impossible. To make matters worse, after I called the front desk to complain, I received no response for over half an hour. When I called back, their vague excuse was about 'only one person at the front desk being busy' and 'a solution being processed' (like coordinating a room change in a fully booked hotel, or perhaps just offering earplugs?). Absolutely brilliant!

The Moxy Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao National Exhibition and Convention Center has a good geographical environment and a superior location. The rooms are clean and new. The service of the front desk boom is warm, friendly, meticulous and thoughtful. The hotel is quiet and private, with a first-class environment, tranquil and beautiful. The decoration and accessories are quite trendy, with a little bit of holiday style. The rooms are clean and sanitary, with dry and wet separated bathrooms, good wifi signal, and you can enter it with your name and room number. There is a light aromatherapy smell in the public area, and the customer experience is very good. There are robots delivering things, and they are also very timely. It is very convenient if you don’t want to go downstairs to get takeout. I like the delivery by robots. The items are neatly arranged, the rooms have toilets, and there are many types of breakfast, which are nutritious and not crowded! There are simple meals on the first floor, which are well-made and delicious. The hotel is suitable for tourists who go to Panlong Tiandi, or business guests who go to the National Exhibition and Convention Center to see exhibitions.
