Rezen Retreat(Shanghai Sanjia Xintiandi Tourism Resort)
4.6/5720 Reviews
Pudong International Airport Area
One of the best resorts we’ve stayed in China. The accommodation is located outside of the city center in a scenic and quiet neighborhood consisting of traditional buildings, large gardens and a large lake where you can rent canoes and jet skis. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and they constantly went out of their way to assist us. The resort also offers free shuttles to Pudong Airport and Disneyland. Would definitely the resort to anyone visiting Shanghai.
ULTRAMAN HOTEL
4.5/51701 Reviews
Dishui Lake and Lin-gang Area
A favorite among children, the reservation comes with 3 tickets for the Ultraman Theater for 3 people, 3 breakfasts, and an Ultraman light stick. The room is clean, but the quilt and sheets make itchy red bumps when I fall asleep. There are a lot of mites. The service attitude is very good. When you enter, there is a receptionist who will help you pick up your luggage and press the elevator. There is an Ultraman Theater on the 2nd floor, with a movie showing at 7:30 pm. You need to make a reservation in advance. There is an Ultraman video game on the 3rd floor, and you get 2 coins for staying in the hotel.

Kangqiao, Nanhui Area
We chose Shanghai Qiuzhu Hotel for this trip. The hotel's environmental facilities can be said to be luxurious and smart. We booked an executive room. The hotel has a butler who will always thoughtfully investigate the hotel's stay satisfaction. The butler Xiao Wang is serious about his work. The hotel's airport pick-up and drop-off are also great. The service is great value, the layout of the room is also very reasonable, the corners of the room are cleaned very clean, the facilities for the baby's children's room are also complete, the staff attitude is very good, the rich breakfast is perfectly matched, next time I travel to Shanghai, Qiuzhu's first choice Service: Xiao Wang Bang
Royal Century Hotel Shanghai

Shanghai Disney Resort
There are three reasons why there is no five-point praise: 1 The hotel swimming pool has been under maintenance for more than a month and is still unavailable. There was no prompt when booking the hotel. This is very disappointing for a person who brought swimming trunks and goggles. 2 After entering the room, I opened the toilet seat. There were heavy yellow traces of urine on the toilet seat. No one answered the call for room service. I called another service manager and asked someone to take care of it. After 20 minutes, the waiter came with cleaning tools. I came to clean it up, and a male staff member came twenty or thirty minutes later and said that the front desk told the guest to change rooms, but I did not make this request. 3 The attitude of all the staff is average, they are not enthusiastic about the guests, and they have to do their work.

The room is spacious and bright, clean and comfortable. The children's facilities include toilet racks, small stools, children's toothbrushes and slippers. The baby likes the small tent in the room very much. The small bed in the room is very convenient for families with babies! Disney and Pudong airport shuttle bus transfer: Disneyland has three shuttle buses to meet the needs of guests with different tickets. It can also pick up and drop off from the airport and subway station. I am very satisfied. I didn’t take a photo, but the room photo is consistent with the picture, very cute☺️
J Hotel Shanghai Tower

Lujiazui Area
Really enjoyed the stay! Impeccable service upon arrival - from the concierge, check in was very smooth and butler was very helpful in assisting with our dinner reservation. The hotel tour is a must! Ms Wang, tour guide, takes her time to introduce and explain the details of the architecture from Ground Floor to 120F. We had to check our early morning (5:30am) and they packed our breakfast for us to bring to the airport. They also provided a small gift which is a nice gesture. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
