Shanghai Disney Resort Shanghai|2.03km from Roaring Rapids
Facilities: The room is large, the whole is clean, there is a bathtub and mahjong table although we don't need it. The hair dryer is Dyson's, especially praise the toilet paper 🧻, very thick and soft! Not worse than the Debao at home, I really want to ask the store to connect 😂 Breakfast is simple and belongs to the farmhouse category, porridge, radish with sauce, egg fried rice, buns, corn sweet potato eggs, corn tastes not bad, the rest is just like that, just eat some to Disney, recently Disney snacks are quite a lot. Service: The boss is enthusiastic, answering the phone, WeChat communication can find people at the first time. Personal tour route: First day: drive to Bister, go shopping, buy and eat, free parking for 5 hours, then drive to the hotel (although it is just across the road, but to cross the river, you still have to go around if you walk), bring a disposable bathtub cover, bubble bath to relieve the fatigue of shopping and walking. Recommended dinner Bicester to solve, there are not many types of takeaway, can not be called Bicester to eat, we finally ordered the Zhenfang special barbecue 3 kilometers away recently, the taste is OK, at least the big winter is still hot. The next day: Get up early in the morning, have breakfast, luggage and car continue to be stored at the hotel, and then take the car from the hotel to the Disney subway station across the road, and walk a little way into Disneyland. At night, you can get on the bus at the same drop-off point as in the morning. You can not cross the road first. There are benches to sit and contact the owner of the hotel. Send a car over for about a few minutes. When the car arrives, you can cross the road and get on the bus. Overall, a few hundred yuan for one night, the room environment is OK, but also free of parking fees, good value for money.

There is no place like a Disneyland hotel. And this one does not disappoint. The highlight was dinner at Aurora’s during the fireworks show. Not only was the food and wine first class, but when the fireworks begin, the lights dim and the soundtrack plays. It is almost as good as witnessing the display from the park! There were 3 English channels n the TV (Discovery, NatGeo and AXN - an English movie channel) which were three more than I was expecting. Getting to that park was very easy by either boat or bus. The staff was extremely friendly. And I was always able to find a staff member who spoke English. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone planning a multi-day visit to Shanghai Disneyland (and you really do need at least 2 days to fully experience this park. It is HUGE!)

Good services and very friendly staff. Good English. Early 1 our access perfect. Most important when transported to Disneyland Shanghai, our ticket voucher (booked in Klook) will changed to ticket at the gate in the Disney town in just a few minutes for my family of 4. So efficient. The paper ticket will include all the preimer access (aka fast pass). The only problem is that there is only one restaurant in this hotel and in the evening, only buffet like dinner (you order then food comes afterwards). Fixed price unlimited supply. However, staff limited so takes some time to order. If there convert to QR code ordering, will be perfect, as the manager is running around to put away dirty dishes.

What a beautiful hotel with the amazing scenery! We felt like we are not in SHA with well maintained green grass with flowers inside the hotel which was really relaxing. If you would like to be away from busy city with full of high buildings I definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for preparing the special gift to my family since we were celebrating special day! Room: very spacious with good amenities, unlike many hotels in SH it was convenient that bathroom and bathtub is separated! Having yard at the back was so lovely as we were able to have happy hour drinks in the evening! Service: They’re trying to be helpful but it seems less stuffs so when I needed room service and called nobody answered my calls so I had to wait for a while to be answered. Breakfast: The food was good but with this amount of price of stay I wished the had more variety of food.

The rooms were great, very modern and has a relaxing feeling to it. Great for us to have our own private area outside our room, allowing our son to play without others interrupting or using the same space. Very quiet area which was perfect for us as that is what we were wanting. Communication was easy and fast with using WeChat to communicate with the front desk when needing something. Breakfast is delivered to rooms at a time you decide (between 7-9am), Chinese styled breakfast with many options, but needed more flavour. Food option Available on site is shaokao (BBQ) the flavour was a little let down, but the accessibility to this food was great. A short walk to Disney, about 15-20mins. There is a Lawson close walk (10mins) & Disneytown is where we ended up getting our lunch and dinner as the food options there are very nice. A lovely place and would like to visit again.

The compound: Well organized landscaping with facilities. Caravan: Overall good status, only one hurdle; too small bathroom and no curtain of shower booth and some mold in the shower booth. If you are acceptable it is okay. Table and piptwater on the deck: Wonderful BBQ Grill: 300RM with few piece of charcoal; it seems quite expensive, I recommand you bring by yourself. Disney Firework: You can see the Disney Firework, it is different every day, it was 9pm when I stayed in. Language: To westerin/CIS/South asian people: They are tring to use English with survival English. to other Asian foreginer: Staff don't care just use Chinese. Overall feedback: recommandable, please try to have experience to here
