The hotel has a good environment. One of the buildings was designed by Udak and has its own large garden. The hotel service is very good and the room is large. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and nearby commercial buildings such as Xiangyang Park and Huanmao.

The accommodation is in a super convenient location. The design of the building in the building is very warm and spacious. It also provides daily equipment such as washing machine, water boiler, air conditioner, and refrigerator. The information provided by the host was very detailed and kind, and the check-in process was smooth. Sound insulation in an old house may not be ideal, and the sounds of people walking or talking upstairs will be heard more clearly. If you don't get up that early, it is recommended to bring your own earplugs to sleep longer. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Thank you and lucky to have such a good accommodation during my trip to Shanghai.

My friend and I booked two Deluxe rooms to celebrate my birthday in Puxi. Although we only booked in the morning, I was thrilled to hear that, not only the hotel had managed to book me a table at their restaurant (which was full on that day) but also welcomed me with a cake and a bottle of wine in the room! Later on, I even got a bouquet of roses! The service was personalised, caring and professional all through. The room itself was beautifully decorated with a lot of care to details: we loved the Atelier Cologne products and the Marshall speaker! The decoration is the right mix between Art Nouveau style and contemporary design. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast is in the beautiful restaurant on the groundfloor. It is a set menu with mostly western food (croissant and bread were the best!) and some dumplings. I would certainly recommend this boutique hotel to friends and family when they will be visiting Shanghai!

I used to stay in this hotel before is was updated. The hotel was fine then but the main draw for me was the location, Now, the location is still excellent but the refurbishing of the hotel has made for a really good stay. Excellent: comfort, swimming pool (indoor), professional staff. The location of course is great. Restaurants and bars are all around. Shopping mall is 5 minute walk. 3 metro (subway) lines are nearby (10 minutes) Lines 10, 1 and 13 in order of closest to the hotel.

Great location along Huaihai Road. Very close to IAPM and Metro line. Park a short walk away. Hotel feels a little old but staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel has a gym and restaurant but did not use either to comment on. Bed was comfortable!
