Outstanding Customer Service of Msiss Sherry’s and the hotel staff at Kimpton. I trust this message I am writing to share my exceptional experience with the customer service of Sheryn at Kimpton Hotel. My family and I had the plan to go to Walt Disney Shanghai so I checked this hotel I that was Brand New and just opened so I decided make the reservation; During my all time staying in the hotel I was truly impressed by the high quality and fancy decoration Hotel also the location super convenient near by the mall and obviously the level of service provided and dedication on especial to Miss Sheryn that helped me to settle down my Disney Tickets. From the moment I arrived, the staff exhibited unparalleled professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience. Notably super kind and professional as soon as I saw Miss Sheryn I immediately remembered her face, “She was working as a manager in other Hotel in Hongqiao area” that always had super attitude to helped me and my colleagues during the pandemic to get PCR test QRs etc (for sure too many foreigners and Locals must remember Miss Sheryn)… attitude and kindness to help maintain until nowadays specially because with people that we don’t speak Chinese…. The first time I gave a serious review, Sadian is a small-scale hotel, but the sanitation is in place, and the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. After checking out, something left the guest room. The front desk took the initiative to contact me and help me express it back. Thank you very much [玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰] The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7 and Line 13. The front desk introduced that it is more than 1 km away from the World Expo Mall and found a lot of gourmet shops. Not far from Houtan Park, it’s very pleasant to go for a walk with friends in the evening [yeah][yeah] 🚗 Transportation: 🧹Hygiene: 🍃Environment: 🔔Service:

Li Shengwen, the front desk employee, has a very good service attitude, which makes it easier for me to travel. As soon as I arrived in Shanghai with my baby and a large suitcase, I called the hotel. A boy picked it up. He took the trouble to help me organize the route. , I clearly told me how to take the subway. I went singles smoothly. He also patiently helped me how to take the subway today when I joined Disney. I also got there smoothly. So, for his face, I ordered another seven days, and I will have to trouble. He, he is my little tour guide, such a caring employee, the boss should immediately promote him to a cadre, he deserves a better position, next time I come to Shanghai, he is here, I will still book! Thank you 🙏Thank you for going out and meeting noble people! Thanks!

This is the cleanest all-season hotel in Shanghai I have ever stayed in Shanghai. The environment is elegant and comfortable. The breakfast is particularly rich. The waiter's attitude is excellent. It is very convenient to travel next to the subway.
Jinjiang Inn (Shanghai World Expo Licheng Road)

Pudong New International Expo Center/World Expo Area
The service, health and environment are all very good. There are restaurants and shopping malls on Changli Road nearby. It takes about 8 minutes by bike from the Expo source. This time I will focus on the shortcomings: Aging facilities: The water pressure of the shower head in the bathroom is not enough, making bathing uncomfortable. The room is not well insulated. I turned the air conditioner on at 30 degrees and used maximum wind for several hours. The temperature near the floor was still 21.6 degrees (I brought a thermometer), and my feet would be very cold at night. Card charging: The room needs to be plugged in to have electricity. That means if no one is around during the day, there is no way to turn on the air conditioner to pre-warm the room. There is no washing machine, not in the room or in the public area. Only one suite had a washing machine installed in the room by a previous guest. Customers who need to do laundry are advised to call the front desk to see if the suite is available before booking a room.
Shanghai Marriott Hotel Riverside

The room is large and the hygiene is very good. The front desk upgraded me to a river view room. The river view is beautiful. Downstairs is the Xuhui-Huangpu riverside junction. The hotel's swimming pool and gym are great.
