Everything was fine. The first guy who helped me check-in was nice. He explained clearly and in an organized manner. There was a girl behind me who took the initiative to take me to the elevator. I was completely confused. I just walked out of the front desk without any guidance. I didn't press the elevator button. I just walked out of the front desk and I didn't know what she was doing. Only later did I realize that she was directing the direction of the elevator! (It’s superfluous, but not necessary.) The next morning I checked out and another very sunny boy helped me with it. His smile was heart-to-heart, just right, showing the original intention of service. I needed to issue an invoice, and it was the same girl from yesterday who asked me to check out. At first, she took the initiative to help with a very scary contact lenses. I didn’t really feel that she was helping me, but I felt that she was helping her colleagues. I thought it was an electronic ticket that could be issued on the spot, but it turned out to be a checkout. Scan the QR code above to open it yourself. I'm sorry I didn't get it! I didn’t want to ask about these things at first, but this lady is really good at asking questions. She added me on WeChat after 18 o’clock. I thought I broke something in the hotel room or I forgot some luggage, so I added her back. , the result is to ask for good reviews, which is really unacceptable and understandable! It can be seen that she is a newbie and needs this to support her work. She had already opened the review, and this young lady sent me a message on WeChat on how to write a review! My feeling is that the young lady was not professional enough in the beginning and slowly grew up to be good. Now I feel that it is very bad. She can use the humble way of a newcomer to get praise, but in the end, she played a good hand in pieces! ! But I think the other people and the service are very good. Although the bacon in the breakfast and the duck in the slow cooked food area are not fresh... other things I think are the content and attitude of the service at this price, as well as the environment of the hotel and the condition of the room. They are all satisfied, but this lady who is a bit green tea, I really don’t drink green tea, thank you, I can’t digest green tea, it’s too high, thank you, I hope this green tea lady will not wear that kind at work next time Colorful contact lenses that look like they have eye problems! Hope she learns to smile throughout the process! I hope I can get her point next time! I'm sorry that I deleted WeChat. Maybe the hotel staff now don't know what the privacy of residents is. Taking the initiative to add WeChat is as annoying as breaking into the door to kill someone! But I don't feel anything wrong with the hotel. Everything is fine! I like it very much. This stay was a little hiccup, but the stay was very comfortable, the environment was comfortable, the price was great, and the service was great! It’s just🍵I really don’t drink! 😂

The hotel facilities and environment are okay, and the breakfast is average. The waiter's service is also very good, meticulous, and the English service level is quite high. The reason for giving the service a low score is that the hotel is not convincing in handling customer queries. I booked an executive room for my family, and the booking page also specified floors 17-21. But the actual arrangement is on the 15th floor, and the hotel said that the floors above the 15th floor are all administrative floors. Then if it is arranged for my family to live on the 5th floor, can you explain that the 5th floor and above are all administrative floors? Executive rooms are a bit more expensive than deluxe rooms. The 4th to 16th floors are deluxe rooms. I booked an executive room because I wanted to live better, instead of spending the money of an executive room to live in a deluxe room. Through communication with the hotel through Ctrip, the hotel said that there was no good location on the 17th floor, and there was a good location on the 15th floor, but my family said that the room was facing the construction site, which was not a good location. If there is no suitable place on the 17th floor, a higher floor can be arranged. Because I have already left Shanghai, I have no chance to check whether there is any difference between the rooms on the 15th floor and the 17th floor and above, but since I made a promise, I must do it according to the promise. This kind of self-talking explanation is inevitable.

Recommended by a friend, it's an old-school hotel. The decoration is not trendy, but the quality is passable. The bath water is big and warm enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. There are complete living facilities at the door. It is very convenient to go out to buy some snacks in the evening and eat local shepherd's purse steamed buns in the morning. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway station

The room is very clean, at least the price/performance ratio is very high. The service from the lady at the front desk and the little brother is also very enthusiastic. You really feel at home. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic. If you are away from this hotel on a business trip If it is relatively close, I highly recommend everyone to stay here, and oh~ the breakfast is also good, it is self-service, and there are quite a lot of types, it is cleaner and more cost-effective than eating outside. I secretly took a picture of the tea table in his hotel, as well as freshly ground coffee☕️
