Do NOT stay here if you are allergic to dust or smells or have allergies! The hotel has a noticeable dustiness and an unusual odor. They keep all the windows and doors open to air it out. I’m sensitive to allergens, and the environment here has had me sneezing nonstop. Plus my AC in my room stopped working and my shower was lukewarm. On the positive side, the hotel staff is kind and accommodating. They showed me two alternative rooms to try to help, but both made me sneeze. I’ve stayed multiple times in another Atour hotel in Shanghai but thought I’d try this one due to the location. It is not nearly as clean. I hope they can fix the smell because it seems to be toxic and is such a shame.

We were leaving after this stay. The staff in the reception all are well trained. They will give you warm lemon water whenever they see you in lobby. Just like giving a friendly warm welcome to your guest when people visit your house 😁and also the staff gave us eye heat patch when they know its our last day in shanghai for departure. So their names are nan ying/yan chu,yun ling and yi mo. They gave us good hospitality. No doubt. Their service are great.Just remember to check if your room has windows upfront cause some of the details are not update here. And also the time i stayed on november there is a small renovation the bank below the hotel. But they usually start renovating in morning. So if you wake up around 8am then there is no problem.
