I have never given a negative review on Ctrip, and this time I really have to give a big bad review. Let’s talk about the advantages first: all the staff I encountered were greeted with smiles, and they were serious about solving problems. The service was excellent, but the various hardware and supporting facilities were compromised. The problems I encountered in just two nights include: 1. The air conditioner was cold. On the first night of my stay, the air conditioner was turned on for most of the day and I felt cold even when I showered. 2. The design of the room circulation and facilities is super unreasonable. The shower and bathtub are together without any partition. The door is opened at both ends and cannot be completely closed. Moreover, I did not see anywhere to put clean clothes or change dirty clothes from beginning to end... ...I don’t know if there is any special purpose behind this design, I’m sorry I can’t get it. 3. The water temperature in the bathroom cannot be raised. The answer we received was that the floor we live on has not been occupied for a long time, so it will take a long time for the water to get hot... And we have already stayed on the second night, and the water is still not hot... This Do you think the reason is scientific? 4. The breakfast is hard to describe. It feels like foreigners are trying hard to make Chinese food. It doesn’t matter that the breakfast buffet has few choices. The wontons and noodles are kept warm in a thermos bucket. What’s the point of adding soup when the guests want to eat... and takeaways? no difference. Objectively speaking, the Western-style breakfast is okay, and the coffee is delicious, but the Chinese food is really unnecessary. 5. The front desk phone always fails to get through. It is no exaggeration to say that it takes at least 3 calls every night to get through. This is why I gave up the complaint on the first night. If I have time to call, I might as well solve the problem by myself. As a result, I still had to call several times on the second night before getting through, and the reply I got was that I was talking to other guests at the time. It's so busy that there is only one person working at the front desk at night. This is the only complaint I have about the service. Finally, although the exterior design of the hotel is still very unique, I advise those with children to stick to the Shangri-La next door. Don’t be like me and think about trying a new hotel. This hotel is really unfriendly to families with children.

Li Shengwen, the front desk employee, has a very good service attitude, which makes it easier for me to travel. As soon as I arrived in Shanghai with my baby and a large suitcase, I called the hotel. A boy picked it up. He took the trouble to help me organize the route. , I clearly told me how to take the subway. I went singles smoothly. He also patiently helped me how to take the subway today when I joined Disney. I also got there smoothly. So, for his face, I ordered another seven days, and I will have to trouble. He, he is my little tour guide, such a caring employee, the boss should immediately promote him to a cadre, he deserves a better position, next time I come to Shanghai, he is here, I will still book! Thank you 🙏Thank you for going out and meeting noble people! Thanks!

The company came to participate in the exhibition, and it is close to the exhibition hall. The main reason is that it is close to the exhibition hall. I booked his house. The service is good and the location is easy to find. There are buses and subways when you go out. It is very convenient to play in the city. Go to Exhibitors can consider their home. The surrounding hotels are close to his home. The main reason is that the price is right. If you don’t have any requirements, you can stay for two days. If you don’t have high requirements for accommodation, you can choose his home. Next time you go to Shanghai, you will go to your home

The first time I gave a serious review, Sadian is a small-scale hotel, but the sanitation is in place, and the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. After checking out, something left the guest room. The front desk took the initiative to contact me and help me express it back. Thank you very much [玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰] The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7 and Line 13. The front desk introduced that it is more than 1 km away from the World Expo Mall and found a lot of gourmet shops. Not far from Houtan Park, it’s very pleasant to go for a walk with friends in the evening [yeah][yeah] 🚗 Transportation: 🧹Hygiene: 🍃Environment: 🔔Service:

The surrounding environment is very convenient for eating, not far away, and plenty of choices. The traffic is still OK. Although the subway is a bit far away, a few buses can still easily connect to the subway. A business trip is absolutely okay.

The hotel is less than ten minutes away from the subway entrance, and the location is quite convenient~ the room is just right for one person, but the bathroom is very small, it’s a bit unaccustomed to take a bath, there is no elevator, it is very inconvenient if there are a lot of luggage, it is recommended that you can put some in the room Mineral water, I go downstairs to the supermarket to buy water and drink, and the network is also unstable~
