2024.3.5 Night stay at Xuchang Hotel (Executive King Room) The hotel is located in the Hongqiao hub area of Panyang Road, Minhang District, about 2.3 kilometers away from the National Convention and Exhibition Center (direct tunnel). After arriving at the hotel, the staff in the front hall of the hotel are warm and friendly. The elevator and public areas are stylish and simple, and the hotel rooms are clean and tidy. The facilities in the room are intelligent, the hotel is equipped with catering services (the third floor of the Changchang Mansion, the 12th floor executive lounge), and the surrounding facilities are perfect within 1 km (Costco, Huashan Hospital 🏥, Shanghai Singapore International School) The overall environment of the hotel is warm and elegant, convenient to travel, and it is recommended!

Hotel environment is very good, new hotel, breakfast is also very rich! The next time I come to Shanghai, I still stay at this hotel. It is also very close to Hongqiao Airport Terminal 2, taking a taxi for 30 yuan, and it will arrive in 10 minutes!
Hampton by Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao Necc

Hongqiao Transportation Hub Surrounding Area
The hotel is located around 4 km from the end station of line 2 (East Xujing) at the NECC. When arrived, there were flies in the bathroom and the breakfast was not really nice. The hot dishes were cold, as the equipment was broken, so was the coffee machine. All is self-service. During breakfast they come with a trolley full of dirty dishes to the table to clean. The supervisor is just pushing the staff, but not doing anything to reset the tables for the next customer. After mentioning the issues to Trip.com and the hotel, the FO manager Bob had a good service recovery and upgraded my room. The rest of the stay was without any incidents.
