這是我們自駕遊一個月來住的最差的一次，開了兩間房，分別在五樓和七樓。房間的風管機聲音特別大，主要還關不了，床也特別硬，床墊凹凸不平。我們給前台打電話，沒人接，我老公下樓前台沒人，留了一個紙條上面寫有事打電話，我們要求換7樓的房子，給我們找了一間同樣聲音很大，我們協商要退房，退房不退房錢，我都崩潰了，已經是夜裡一點左右。前台説你們可以升級到三樓，要加50元，我説為啥加錢,前台説房間的設施比較新。這是你們解決問題的辦法嗎？我們還是強烈要求退房，前台説那你們找攜程客服網上退款吧！最後在攜程客服的幫助下，攜程客服幫我們掏的升級房子的錢，50元改為30元，我在前台還額外付了10元。這樣我們才換到了三樓，還是一間沒窗户的房間，太晚了，已經凌晨兩點多了，也不想在折騰。結果第二天去我媽媽住的五樓房間，長者説一晚上沒睡着，床睡着也不舒服，一天我媽媽都沒有精神。玩了一天想找個舒服的地方好好休息，結果花錢買罪受。
