前台員工挺熱情的。
但房間環境有些糟糕。酒店是在八九層往上，樓下好幾層都是不同的娛樂城，共用一部電梯。晚上能聽到樓下ktv吵鬧。而且半夜經常有人來開房，不知道是不是樓下喝大的。由於隔音不好，經常被他們吵醒。
房間內部設施老舊，淋浴房下水是堵的，洗澡會積水。衞生堪憂，床單被套舊得發黃，而且留有很多污漬還在繼續使用，真的很噁心。枕套也都發黃而且能聞到被人睡久了的頭油臭味。

很乾凈衞生，周邊位置也算繁華，吃的，超市都有，很是方便，酒店環境優雅，周邊設施齊全，有大的免費停車場，上林很不錯的一家酒店。

前台辦理業務快，客房大姐服務周到，房間舒適透氣乾淨，衞生間也很寬，熱水很快，洗澡舒服，房間整個環境還不錯，性價比很高。

挺好的，位置很寬敞，有大型免費停車場，很方便。地理位置也可以，出行方便，吃喝玩樂就在旁邊的不遠，前台服務員的態度和藹可親，讓人感覺似家般的温暖，入退房快捷。住過那麼多酒店最滿意的地方，房間的床很柔軟很舒服，睡得很香，房間很大，樓層很高很安靜，房間的設施設備都維護得不錯，還配備一次性拖鞋及杯子，整體很温馨，樓層高，風景好，沐浴頭出水很大，水温穩定，服務員很到位，上下電梯見到都很熱情打招呼．讓人 如沐春風，一次很愉快的入住體驗特別是wifi網速特別好特別快，酒店每天都播放有背景輕音樂，很滿意，上林的風景不錯，景點多，風景優美，打開窗簾看見外面的環境很美，視線很好。

這家酒店比較舊，房子各用具也舊的，環境比較複雜地段，不過客房比較安全的，一切進入樓層，房間都需要刷卡，才能進入！

前台姑娘很細心，看到我們是幾個人一起住的主動問我們要不要多拿一張房卡，辦理入住過程態度很好語氣温和。房間乾淨無異味，早餐也不錯，出行方便，門口就有的士。
