Very poor experience, because I often travel to the hotel, I have never given a bad review, this time I have to let everyone avoid thunder. First of all, there was a smell in the room, and it was still a bit to change one. I thought about it and moved down. Run down on the third floor and then come up to the new room. The door of the room cannot be opened. I communicated with the front desk and asked people to open the door. After waiting for a few minutes, there happened to be a cleaning aunt coming over. I told the aunt to help open the door. I could verify my identity and call the front desk. The result was not returned. I ignored it and left. I waited for the door to open. There are few breakfast styles. I went there at about 9:20. In the past, there was basically nothing. I thought about letting the next noodles go. As a result, I said that I didn’t go early next time. As a Xi’an brand hotel, breakfast should not be at this level. The most speechless thing was that the next day I left the room and asked the front desk for two bottles of pure water. I was told that two bottles of water were two bottles! Going to other hotels is the front desk to get two bottles of water and say welcome to come back next time and send two bottles of water to drink on the road. I really don't understand if I have to charge those two dollars or there is a problem with employee training.
