There was a fly buzzing around the front desk during check-in. The room's air conditioning was ineffective; I woke up in the middle of the night feeling sweltering in 23-degree Celsius heat, and only cooled down to 20 degrees Celsius with high fan speed. The service was also disappointing. They only gave our family of three one room key, and we had to swipe our room card to access the elevator, as if they assumed we were a conjoined unit—we had to eat together, go downstairs together, and even use the laundry room together. We complained to the front desk, and they said we could apply for a second key. While that makes sense, shouldn't they have proactively given us an extra key upon check-in, or at least asked how many key we needed? Why were they so reluctant to answer?

The room is large and comfortable, which meets my expectations for Atour. The ladies at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. The heating was quite powerful, even a little hot. The breakfast is very rich, I especially like this bowl of noodles, it is very comfortable to eat.

This is probably the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced at an Atour Hotel. Car horns from the main road, running water, and noise from other rooms were all clearly audible. Additionally, the air conditioning was uncontrollable; it was too cold on and too hot off. The QR code that supposedly responded to all complaints was useless; it wouldn't scan.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the subway station and the station, and there is free parking. The room is very clean, the bed is big, the facilities are complete, and everything is smart. There is also a free laundry room, dryer, and gym on the 5th floor. The breakfast is very rich. I will come again.

I saw a review saying the room I booked wasn't the one I actually got, and sure enough, I booked an executive room but got a standard room. Ctrip clearly listed the rooms as available, but they said they were all full and wouldn't change my room.

I checked the customer photos in the Ctrip review section, and the elegant king room in the photos is exactly the same as the superior king room I booked, both in layout and location. Why did I pay extra? I'm really annoyed. I told the front desk I didn't want a room at either end of the street, but they gave me one near the elevator and facing the street – a double whammy! I couldn't sleep all night; it was so noisy. In all my years of traveling for leisure and business, this is the worst I've ever encountered. Whenever I book hotels through Ctrip, whether it's a 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel, even if I forget to add breakfast, the front desk always reminds me, and they usually upgrade my room or give me complimentary breakfast. But this hotel is different. Not only did they not upgrade me, but they downgraded my room and tried to sell me a membership card with free breakfast! Are Hampton Inn or Crowne Plaza Hotels not even as high-class as this one? They didn't try to sell me a membership card with free breakfast. It's ridiculous! Below are the photos of the elegant king room, exactly the same as the superior king room I booked. They're ripping me off! I demand a refund of the difference!

The room was clean and tidy, and I was very satisfied. It was my first time staying in Shangrao and it was a great experience! I forgot my clothes were in the dryer when I left and they were super nice and helped me find my clothes right away! ! Super grateful to the two sisters at the front desk, Yi Yao and Xin Piao~ Excellent! ! !
