Atour Hotel Shangrao Wanda Plaza Victory Road

I arrived a bit early and was worried if I could check in smoothly, but the front desk lady upgraded my room directly. I couldn't be more satisfied! The pedestrian street is within walking distance, and downstairs there's an old-school noodle shop. The Bell Tower chimes every hour from 8 AM to 8 PM. Everything just feels right and full of local charm.

It's been two months since I came out, and this is the first time I've stayed in such a terrible hotel. There were no coffee sachets in the room. I asked the front desk, and they said it was because of the type of room I booked. The software and hardware are completely mismatched. When I complained to the hotel, the front desk still said the same thing on the phone. I'm speechless. It's not that I absolutely needed the coffee sachets – I brought my own. But isn't this standard in all hotels? It said it was near Wanda, but it has absolutely no relation to Wanda whatsoever. Facilities: Average Cleanliness: Average Environment: Average Service: Poor

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation access. The property itself is clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and attentive.

The room was decent and looked clean. However, being on the second floor, it was a bit noisy. There's a big clock tower in the square right outside the hotel entrance, and it chimes at 8 AM, which can be quite loud.
