The place is bright, nice and warm in winter.Full facilities are well equipped like floor heating, heater in the shower, electronic toilet. The oxygen purifier is easy to use and well alleviate me from high altitude sickness. Especially staff are great in hospitality, as I was well welcomed by the manager who provided me with welcome drink and snacks.Kitchen staff with full hospitality is so friendly to invite me to her simple dinner, and I felt it was like home. I love this place as it was warm at heart and also physically warm in the room.

Now I totally understand why this hotel gets so much love. We stayed here for 3 night, and we really love our stay. First, the location is perfect. you can just walk to everywhere. If you take Didi, they can drop you off in front of the entrance. The hotel has everything you need, like floor heating, a humidifier, and even oxygen supply (which honestly saved us). The dry air and high altitude are no joke, we had AMS and nosebleeds, so this was super helpful. Also washing machine and drier is provided. And the owner is amazingly kind and helpful. They helped with our luggage, booked tickets for us, and even arranged transportation for us to Potatso National Park. Recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is very good. It is near Dafo Temple and can walk around 10 mins only. Also, we really appreciated and impressed the services of owner that not only provide welcome fruit and cookies but also help and advise us for the first day when arrived how to take care ourselves as it is very high location. They have very excellent service mind absolutely. Amenities inside room are really good and perfect. Furthermore this hotel provided round trip of transportation from Shangri-La railway station to hotel by free of charges. The room price is absolutely cheap compare what they provided and serviced. If we come back to Shangri-la again in future, we will book this hotel surely.

I love this hotel so much. Nearby with halal restaurants n fruits stall. The only hotel among all hotel in Yunnan i stay got movie to watch. Floor heater r perfect for winter.. they got oxygen machines as well but we dont use it coz we r find with the altitude. Staff/Owner can speak english well n she help me how to go to Potatsu and they pick us up in Train station with big car so its comfortable for us coz i saw one group with different hotel n they pick up using small car but they bring big luggage. I dont how they fix it. Overall i love this hotel so much.
