First, let's talk about the pros. Firstly, the transportation is convenient, as you can drive right to the building. Secondly, there's an elevator, which is a lifesaver for those with altitude sickness (DDDD!). Thirdly, you can check in early if you arrive ahead of time, and the stay itself was quite comfortable. Lastly, oxygen equipment is available. Now for the cons. Firstly, the official pictures of the night view room are misleading. The actual night view isn't as close or as grand as depicted in the official photos. The image I've included was taken with several times zoom, just to compare the size, so don't mind the clarity. Secondly, perhaps we arrived at the wrong time, but the front desk staff was busy elsewhere, so we had to wait quite a while to check in. The front desk phone was left at the front desk, and no one answered when called. Thirdly, the oxygen equipment is limited; I only saw about two units, so if there are many people, it can't be delivered to individual rooms, especially if there's a tour group. Lastly, it's quite noisy. Due to central heating, the floor heating starts at 4 PM, and the front desk mentioned that you need to open the windows for it, leading to noise from passing cars at night. Overall, it was an alright stay. I'm just sharing my honest experience for everyone's reference.

Coming from a family that owns hotels and having a degree in hotel management, I'm used to international Marriott brands and have high standards when choosing accommodations. I must say, I'm truly impressed with the service at this guesthouse. The staff were all so kind, cheerful, and genuinely friendly, which deeply touched both me and my family. I hope you continue to thrive and grow your business. I'll definitely be back next time!
Environment: Very convenient location, close to the ancient town.
Service: Beyond 5-star service.

Giving it five stars!
1. When I arrived, they helped me with my luggage, unlike some hotels in Wuhan that claim they don't have bellhops.
2. They warmly offered tea and even upgraded my room for free.
3. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony view. The decor was very new and elegant. The shower head had great water pressure, making for a comfortable shower, and the bathtub was great for soaking. The duvet was super comfortable and didn't cause any skin irritation. The projector worked perfectly, and there was even a humidifier. Very nice!
4. When checking out, they gave me a lovely souvenir gift of hand cream and pastries.
5. Breakfast was healthy and varied, with rice noodles (my personal favorite!), congee, white fungus soup, and other side dishes.
6. The only minor downsides were that the oxygen machine next to the bed seemed to have weak airflow, even after turning it up, and there was no full-length mirror. Also, there were no tissues on the vanity.
Overall, I'd give it a solid recommendation!

This guesthouse was incredibly thoughtful. While I was busy and hadn't thought to add them on WeChat, they proactively reached out, asking how I was getting there and if I needed airport pickup. We arrived quite tired and cold, and the complimentary butter tea they offered was just what we needed – so delicious and really helped ease our fatigue.
The Tibetan-style architecture was charming, and the room itself was wonderfully warm. The underfloor heating made it feel just like home. After checking in, we found a lovely guestbook filled with messages from previous guests, which was really touching. We couldn't resist adding our own entry!
The location is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants right outside. We immediately went out and had some delicious dry-pot yak meat – super convenient.
When we left, we were waiting for a shared ride, and they even helped us transport our luggage to our next stop at the East Gate, saving us a lot of time.
Absolutely fantastic, I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends!
