Overall, the stay was quite good. I personally found the guesthouse's location to be very convenient, close to the East Gate of the ancient city, which made it easy to avoid traffic jams. Walking into the ancient city wasn't far either. There's a shop next door that rents photography costumes, which is very handy. The room itself was clean and had no strange odors. It was equipped with underfloor heating, a humidifier, and oxygen supply! The owner was also very enthusiastic and accommodating.

This feels like the best hotel I've stayed at in Yunnan. I didn't take pictures of the room, but it looks exactly like the official photos. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the heart of the ancient city, and it's also very convenient to get out of the ancient city! The room was super clean and came with all sorts of disposable amenities, which was very convenient. The room itself was also spotless, with great ventilation and natural light.

To be fair, the owner was very welcoming and the service was good, and the window had a wall so it didn't block out the sunlight. However, as other people have mentioned, the cleaning staff wasn't very good at keeping things clean. We stayed for three days, and on the second day we asked them to clean, and the towels were full of hair—was it someone else's? Or were they just putting back the ones we used? We hadn't eaten any sunflower seeds, yet the floor was covered in shells, and the bedside was dusty.

Never want to stay here again!! There's a wall outside the window! The toilet seat is dirty! The toilet sprays water when you flush! The upgraded room type advertised on Ctrip isn't available! To the left of the room door is a pile of dirty linens. To the right is a pile of cleaning tools belonging to the cleaning lady. There are no green plants advertised in the room, and no fruit either.

It was really bad, and didn't match the photos (there was no bench with a bed), just a small table with practically no place to put anything. The window overlooked a high wall, so there was no natural light during the day. I stayed two nights, and the cleaning staff left the front door wide open the next day. I was shocked when I came back, thankfully nothing was missing. The cleaning was just emptying the trash; they didn't even refill the water, and the bed wasn't made. The booking mentioned welcome fruit, but there was none. After check-in, no one seemed to care. It was definitely not as good as a hotel.
