Location-wise, not near anything. The room was quite small and there was no space to place luggage anywhere. Front desk staff got defensive when I raised feedback about facilities that I was not satisfied with. The staff did not inform me that the air conditioner was not working and that heaters would be used. The heating system in the hotel did not seem to work in the evening, as the room was rather cold and not warm. However, when I woke up the next day, the floor was scalding hot and I could not even stand barefoot on one spot for more than a few seconds, all my medication in my luggage was melted, and my electronic devices were severely heated. When raising this issue to the front desk staff, I was only greeted with hostility and denied my claims, stating that I should have known better, which I found ridiculous as a foreigner who is not familiar with cold weather and room heating systems. I could accept the room being small, but I cannot accept the service I was given. I am extremely disappointed by the service of the staff, and this hotel is one that I definitely will not return to.
