Nine Phoenix Garden Oxygen Guesthouse (Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient Town Store)

The hotel room was quite spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. It came with a sofa, a small table, and a wall-mounted desk. I didn't take many pictures of the interior, but I was quite satisfied. Outside, there were many beautiful flowers, which was a delight to see. The picture shows the terrace outside the laundry room. If the weather were good, you could sit there, enjoy the view, and chat. Unfortunately, it was a cloudy and rainy day when we visited. You can walk directly into the old town from here, and there are many places along the way offering makeup and styling services.

The room was fantastic, and the surrounding area was lovely. There's even a small garden right below the room. I was genuinely impressed when I first walked in! The location is excellent too, very close to the old town. In the evening, you can easily go out for a stroll and a bite to eat, then leisurely wander back as night falls. It was truly wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Shangri-La.

The room was spacious and came with plenty of disposable amenities. It's not far from the ancient city, and the soundproofing is good. Plus, it has floor heating and oxygen supply equipment. The owner is very welcoming too. Overall, a great stay!

The room size was decent, and the service was good. However, the cleanliness could be improved; the bath towels felt a bit damp. Also, the shower water in room 204 kept fluctuating between hot and cold. While it wasn't perfect, I'm still giving it five stars as encouragement.

I was on a group tour and the hotel was awful, so we found this B&B last minute and I was truly impressed! The environment is great, and it's very clean. The guy at the front desk was incredibly helpful; he proactively carried our luggage upstairs and even gave us a free room upgrade. Wishing the owner great success! 🌹🌹🌹

This has to be the best B&B I've stayed at in Yunnan! They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off, and the room was brand new, spotless, and beautiful. The bed was so soft and clean, I slept incredibly well, and they even had underfloor heating. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice. Before I even checked in, they provided route guidance, check-in instructions, and a travel guide for exploring. The location is super close to the Old Town's center, and they can also arrange car rentals or private charters, plus they give out discounts for ******* traditional clothing. The service is truly comprehensive and top-notch. It's definitely the best choice for staying in Shangri-La, and I'll be back next time!

The room was great, and there was plenty of oxygen. Opening the window revealed a beautiful mountain view, and it was very close to the ancient town. The B&B owner was super friendly, and the best part is that it's pet-friendly! There's also a very cute dog at the property.

The room didn't match the pictures; it was very small. The bathroom was wet/dry separated, but it was tiny and felt cramped. The location is convenient, right by the road, but it was very noisy at night with cars constantly passing by.
