A lodge in Tiger Leaping Gorge where you can forget your worries and leave the outside world behind

A very lovely and beautiful hotel with a lot of flowers and a fantastic Mountain View. The location is perfect when you hike the tiger leaping upper trail. The owners are very helpful and friendly. You can order delicious food there. We would definitely come back!

The hotel is kept in great conditions. The amenities are really nice. Dont miss the view on the rooftop!

We really enjoyed our stay, perfect location, quiet, the room was very clean and very comfortable, stunning views from the room. AMAZING food, the best breakfast we had in a long time. The nicest family owns this homestay. Only 1 km away from the tea horse guesthouse. The hiking path passes right under the homestay. Excellent views of Jade Snow Mountain. I stayed here for two nights to avoid the May holiday crowds. Because it was raining and so cold the family were super nice inviting me into their warm room (it has a stove/heater) treating me to tea and snacks. Food was excellent here and decently priced. The family even invited me to eat the same food they had for dinner which was excellent to get such local cuisine! Rooms had everything you could need. The nicest most plush towels I've gotten in China. I also got to hike with some family members to a local viewpoint where you can oversee the small village where the tea horse guesthouse is located and see the peaks of the mountains with the river below. If they invite you to go on a hike - do it! The only downside is that it is quite pricy for transportation . 80 yuan to be picked up from the tiger gorge parking lot and 120 yuan to have your bags brought to the bus station at the end of the hike. I recommend making arrangements with your driver that brings you here to bring your stuff over. I had my laptop with me so wanted my things with me but if you can do with your day bag just send your luggage to the end of the trail. There is an option on Didi ride share/hitchhiking for 80 yuan from Lijiang. Has to be the Chinese version of Didi on WeChat and not the English version on Alipay. Ask hotel at Lijiang to help you.
