Facilities: Free parking available, with EV charging stations. Hygiene: Very clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Environment: Great location near Dukezong Ancient City. Pet-friendly too!

Our stay was fantastic. The owner proactively asked if we needed room cleaning. The room had an oxygen concentrator, which is very friendly for those with altitude sickness. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. The attention to detail in their service was excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book here again on my next trip to Shangri-La.

The triple room had very large beds. The only downside was that the bathroom was too close to the beds, making it easy to track water out. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and there's an outdoor clothes rack. It's close to the ancient city, with convenient and quick access to nearby dining options. There's also a parking lot, so self-driving travelers don't have to worry about finding a space. Overall, it's very good.

Great! It's super convenient, just about 100 meters from Dongmen. The service attitude is excellent too! Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to the station!

The hotel staff were very kind. There's a big temperature difference between day and night, and since the elderly are sensitive to the cold, they even turned on the underfloor heating for us. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Dukezong Ancient Town prayer wheel, and there's also a great parking lot. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shangri-La.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with complete facilities including an air humidifier, oxygen generator, disposable towels, etc. It was great value for money, very close to the old town, convenient parking, and charging stations. The owner also recommended a local yak hot pot restaurant, which was delicious. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Shangri-La in the future.
