The room was very spacious and clean. It was super convenient for me as an ICBC user because there's an ICBC branch right next to the hotel. The hotel is also close to the ancient city, just a few minutes' walk away. If you need to go to the high-speed train station, the hotel can arrange a car for you. There are three washing machines and three dryers in the laundry room upstairs, so you don't have to worry about fighting for one. Plus, there's a pool table on the 4th floor, perfect for a relaxing game.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, featuring smart appliances. The fourth floor offers a restaurant, coffee shop, book bar, kids' play area, and a billiards room. It's perfect for families; we booked a king room and a family room for our family of five.

I stayed for two nights, and apart from being a bit noisy due to the street-side location (which closing the window resolved), everything else was great. The room had an oxygen concentrator, which really helped with my chest tightness on the first night! During my stay, I experienced altitude sickness and nosebleeds from high blood pressure, and some of it got on the duvet, but they didn't charge a cleaning fee, which was really nice! It's also close to the ancient city, just a seven or eight-minute walk away.

The hotel's ambiance is truly stunning. The exquisite decor details and unique design immediately put you at ease. The service here is even more impeccable. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm, friendly, and always smiling, making you feel completely at ease. They not only proactively helped with luggage but also thoughtfully reminded us about high-altitude precautions and offered welcome fruits. Whenever we had questions, they responded quickly and patiently, genuinely putting themselves in our shoes and making us feel right at home. In summary, both the facilities and the service at this hotel are of an exceptionally high standard. It's a wonderful haven for anyone traveling to Shangri-La, and I highly recommend it!

My wife and I visited Shangri-La and booked a pick-up service through the platform. The hotel owner, who is very young and handsome 😎, personally drove to Shangri-La High-Speed Rail Station. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the local culture and customs along the way, making us feel very welcome. Upon arrival, we received a fruit platter and were offered Rhodiola rosea water to help prevent altitude sickness, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel facilities are excellent. Our room had diffuse oxygen supply. We arrived on June 2nd, and the weather was very pleasant. With night temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius, we were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel had underfloor heating on, making the room incredibly comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, there’s a smart toilet, and a large-screen TV. On the top floor, there’s a kids’ play area and a book bar, with complimentary coffee available in the afternoon. Laundry and drying machines are also readily available, which is very convenient. Breakfast is quite substantial. The hotel is only about 600-700 meters walk from Dukezong Ancient City, and there are plenty of buses and taxis right outside. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended and truly the best choice in Shangri-La.

The airport pick-up was prompt, and the breakfast offers a good variety, including local specialties. The transportation is convenient, and it's very close to the ancient town. Highly recommend!

Great location and clean rooms. The slippers were also disinfected, which was a nice touch. The only drawback was a low-frequency noise, but if you're not sensitive to sound, it's easily ignorable.
