Shangri-La Xivei Munye • Resort Garden Homestay (Dukezong Ancient City)

Thanks to the diffused oxygen supply, my high altitude sickness wasn't severe at all. The hotel was very thoughtful and considered every precaution. The breakfast was delicious, the service was attentive and warm, and the room was spacious with new facilities. A really excellent experience.

The room was very clean and the courtyard was lovely. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful; when a friend's child suffered from altitude sickness in the middle of the night, they patiently drove them to the hospital. The room also has oxygen equipment, so there's absolutely no need to worry!

Facilities: Excellent, very new. Service: They are very attentive to guests. I suffered from altitude sickness, and even though there was an oxygen concentrator in the room, they brought in another one. Thumbs up! 👍 Environment: Very clean and tidy, and the overall layout is great. Big thumbs up 👍 for the breakfast, you can see it in Picture 7, very thoughtfully prepared.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the East Gate of the Old City. The room was spacious, comfortable, and bright, and even had oxygen supply equipment. The staff were exceptionally warm and thoughtful; they contacted me a day before check-in to arrange pickup. The breakfast was well-balanced and delicious! 😋

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff at the guesthouse were incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a laundry room with a dryer, which was very convenient. They even offered thoughtful pickup/drop-off service to/from the station/airport. The diffused oxygen supply in the room really helped with altitude sickness, making for a much better travel experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Dukezong Ancient Town, with a back exit that leads directly there. We were on a self-drive trip, and parking was conveniently available right outside the hotel. Every staff member, especially at the front desk, was incredibly friendly. We're a family of two adults and two children, and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a family room. They also offer a free self-service laundry and drying facility. The hotel's design is beautiful, and the environment is tranquil. The rooms are equipped with 24-hour oxygen supply. On my first night, I suffered severely from altitude sickness and couldn't sleep. After using a nasal cannula for oxygen, I was able to sleep normally on the second night, and my blood oxygen levels returned to normal. The hotel breakfast is delicious and well-balanced; even the kids loved it.

The room comes with diffuse oxygen, and you can also request individual oxygen therapy. The service is excellent; they help with luggage, and there's parking available right at the entrance. The breakfast is a set meal per person and is quite good too.

The hotel offers a shuttle service, which is very convenient. The room facilities are new and very clean. The overall design of the hotel is also beautiful. They provide oxygen equipment, and the breakfast is quite delicious. When we left, the owner even gave us some small snacks; the service was excellent.
