it was such a clean and good hotel, the location was great, close to everywere. the owner of the hotel is such a nice person, helped us about our questions. they also have a baby cat which is really cute

I love the hotel! Everything about my stay at the Songtsan Film Studio Smart Oxygen Inn was exceptional. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the location in Dukezong Ancient Town is unbeatable for exploring. The service was warm and professional, and the amenities provided made my solo trip very comfortable.

Very nice rooms and facilities. Owner kept place very clean. Rooms and beds are big.

The hotel is close to the entrance. Although you still need to walk a short distance, the owner will help carry your luggage from the roadside to the hotel. The owner is very friendly and informative. The room is very clean and tidy, with many facilities such as hot water, a heated bed, a projector, an automatic toilet, and oxygen is also available. The owner also kindly gave us a free ride to Shangri-La station. We hope to come back to Shangri-La again.

The room is new and clean and very high tech. What I liked the most is the oxygen (I didn’t have much time adjusting to the altitude because of this,I think) and the heated blanket, warm air from the shower and hot shower (being a tropical girlie, these are all very much appreciated when going to cold places). It has wifi and free consumables (w/c are refilled every day). It is located inside the ancient town, making it easy to explore, but also far enough to have your comfort and respite from the crowd. More than the room itself, I very much appreciate the couple owners who went out of their way to assist. The owner picked me up and dropped me off the station. Communication is fast and easy through wechat. They even connected me with a tour to Meili mountain the next day. Even though we do not understand each other’s languages, I feel very safe staying at the inn and their intention to assist is evident. I will definitely stay here again if I come back and will recommend others to stay here.
