Great hotel, the boss is very friendly and the location is great. The only issue I had was it was a tad noisy but overall a great stay.

Beautiful and clean room with character near the old town. Had trouble finding the place but boss helped out. Really warm welcome and service. Excellent location to get around old town. Bed was really comfortable as well. Boss was helpful in getting me further transportation to Shaxi.

I think it is a family owned business which is lovely to see. They were all very welcoming and polite. They gave us advice about what activities to do. It is a comfortable and cosy room for the colder temperatures in Shangri-la. The shower is nice and hot. It is a close walk to the main square of the old town.

This trip to Shangri-La, choosing Ershe is really a good experience! The room has its own floor heating, which can be a little warmer in the morning and evening. There was no floor heating as promised, and there was no radiator. I had to rely on electric blankets for heating. There was no WIFI. The TV was repaired and I couldn't watch it. The shower was still broken, and my hair was wet. There were spider webs in every corner of the room ceiling. The most important thing was that the room had no exhaust. The altitude reaction was even more serious. It was closer to heaven. I originally booked a room for two days, but I couldn't stay there for one night. I left the hotel early, but they still charged me for two days. I chose it because I thought it was good after reading the reviews. I didn't expect that when I went out to travel, I stayed in hotels and B&Bs of all sizes. I stayed in more expensive ones and cheaper ones. This was the worst experience I've ever had. To be honest, the food at this hotel is good. You can go to this hotel for dining, but forget about accommodation.
