Great location, Ctrip rate is very competitive, well maintained, highly recommended. 100 chicken temple is on the way back to the hotel.

The hygiene here is excellent. Even for a quad room, the housekeeping staff cleans the bathroom and takes out the trash daily. The service is also superb; they proactively offered earplugs and detailed travel guides during check-in. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to Sifang Street, and joining the Guozhuang dance at night was so much fun! The back hill of Yunduan is Baiji Temple, offering breathtaking views. I highly recommend visiting both! The quad room even has a private bathroom, and there are also public restrooms and showers available. The price is reasonable, offering incredible value for money. Oh, and there's a little lamb at the inn that you can pet! I highly recommend staying here. It's a rare old courtyard in the ancient town that truly feels like stepping back in time ten years.

I loved to stay in this hostel! People are super nice and it was the only hostel i found in china that was actually social. We played games and watched movies every night in the common area. The owner makes sure you have anything you need and feel welcome throughout your stay

The hostel is conveniently located in ancient town and close to Sifeng Square. The lady spoke good English and help me plan and book my sightseeing trips. Front yard of hostel had lots of pretty flowers.

Yoyo is an excellent host and hostel manager. Her friendliness and hospitality was a highlight of our time in Shangri-La. The aesthetic of the hostel is very cute and cozy, and there was a beautiful outdoor yard.

The room was very cozy, with all the amenities! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, we spent a lot of time in the common area and even though we don’t speak Chinese, he made sure to include us in the conversations and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is great, just outside the Old Town and walking distance to the bus stop to reach the station or the monastery. Just a quick note: the room doesn’t come with heating (as advertised), just a bed heating blanket, something to keep in mind if you come during winter, as it gets quite cold. But considering how affordable it is, it’s great value for money.
