it was a pleasant stay. the room is warm and cozy while it was below zero degrees outside. it has a great view of the city. you can see the snow capped mountains and the famous ******* temple cluster. the hotel is located near to the ancient city and the Shangri-La high speed railway station. the staff are helpful and polite. we asked for additional hangers to dry our clothing after washing and they promptly provide them. our room had a smell in the toilet and it was promptly dealt with, the smell did not come back. the carpet could be vacuumed to improve cleanliness.

There is garbage under the two bedside tables, please pay attention to hygiene. The TV can't be watched, the bathroom floor drain does not drain water, and the carpet is flooded. The air conditioner is not powerful, it is not hot even after turning it on all night.
