This hotel is now called Beelan. It is located at the northern part of Shangri-La, relatively close to the town's bus terminal. The room was comfortable and quiet, but it had some defects that should be fixed. For example, the door could be closed and locked, but there was a gap between the door and the door frame which allowed the door some freedom. In addition, the rain shower head had a problem which caused most of the water to come out of its side instead of towards the floor. In the first morning I was there the food was good, but in the second morning it was not as good. The butter tea was kept in a bronze kettle and it had an awful taste.
