For Shangri-La, the hotel's exterior is quite decent. The ladies at the front desk offered excellent service with a very friendly attitude. While the room decor is a bit dated, the room service was good. Due to the high number of tour groups, the buffet breakfast was simple but sufficient.

The hotel is quite close to the bus station, about a 10-minute walk. The room was a decent size and reasonably clean. However, the breakfast definitely needs improvement.

The hotel security staff had a poor attitude, and there was no one to direct parking in the parking lot. To make matters worse, they knocked on guests' room doors at 2 or 3 AM in the middle of the night, asking them to move their vehicles.
