The owner personally provides airport transfers and accompanies guests to some exquisite, lesser-known attractions, offering a relaxing and comfortable experience. My stay at HengshupieNa was absolutely wonderful. The overall decor is luxurious and sophisticated, with every detail meticulously crafted. The hotel environment is incredibly quiet, creating a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The elegant and refined ambiance made me feel exceptionally relaxed during my stay. The owner provided attentive and thoughtful service throughout. Any questions I had during my stay were answered patiently and thoroughly. They were efficient and quick, handling all my last-minute requests promptly and properly. I didn't have to worry about a thing, it felt just like coming home. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The toiletries provided were excellent, and I was especially pleased to find my preferred Sensodyne toothpaste, along with both soft and hard toothbrushes. Every corner was spotless. A big thumbs up to the cleaning staff! [strong emoji] All other facilities were comprehensive and well-arranged for comfort. They even upgraded my room for free! The ******* incense and roses at the shop were also fantastic; I bought many as souvenirs. They also offer free postcards for guests to send. Overall, my stay deserves full marks and then some. I was extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was excellent, spacious, and very clean. The down comforter and underfloor heating were super comfortable. The staff were all very welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful, and the afternoon tea, yogurt, and tofu pudding were all delicious. The second-floor terrace was a pleasant surprise, and from the third floor, you could get a great shot of the prayer wheel. We were lucky enough to even capture a rainbow! Highly recommend, and we'll definitely stay here again next time.

This guesthouse is absolutely fantastic! It's beautiful and spotless. You can even see the prayer wheel right from the rooftop. The owner is incredibly welcoming and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights, and the kids loved it so much they said 5 stars weren't enough – they wanted to give it 10 stars!

Before booking, I saw there were no negative reviews and was curious how good it really was. Turns out, even before I arrived, the owner called to remind me to bring sunscreen and arranged for someone to pick us up and help with our luggage. Upon entering, we were greeted with luo han guo and osmanthus tea, snacks, and fruit. Afternoon tea featured traditional Beijing pastries from Daoxiangcun. In the evening, I found everything I needed right at hand when getting ready. In the morning, the sunlight slowly streamed in, warming the entire room. Sitting by the window, I drifted into a daze, clearing my mind of everything. At that moment, all my fatigue melted away. Every corner of the guesthouse was meticulously designed – wooden furniture, warm lighting, little ornaments. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, exactly what Shangri-La should feel like. And so, I quietly joined the ranks of those leaving rave reviews.

Never thought a blind booking would turn out this good! The room facilities are top-notch, super luxurious, even better than some five-star hotels. The attention to detail is perfect – they even provide large tubes of Sensodyne toothpaste and face towels, very thoughtful. The bedding is all from high-end brands, and the toiletries are Dove. For this quality, the price is incredibly good value for money. Plus, the location is right in the heart of the ancient city, making it super convenient for shopping!

An inn with excellent hardware and service! The entire place has a high-end, original wood aesthetic. The smart toilet, oxygen machine, and bedding are all very tastefully chosen, and the room smells lovely as soon as you walk in! The service is super attentive and always available, and they can even help you plan off-the-beaten-path routes. The experience was fantastic, and parking and dining are very convenient!
