location OK about 10mins walk from "old"town and overlooking a nice water-park. Quiet.
Smoking allowed everywhere. Food left lying around, rat in the lobby, everything run down and not cleaned or maintained. Staff sleep on a camp bed in the lobby - you wake them up if you want breakfast. Hard to see many people enjoying it

This is a beautiful old place, with a lot of character. Unfortunately it could have been much cleaner. There was old hair in the shower and the room was dusty. I couldn’t use the humidifier as it was full of black mould. They also don’t have enough vegetarian options in their restaurant, which is one of the reasons I chose them.

Environment: The environment is very Tibetan style, the cabinets and tables are all wooden and antique.
Service: The service is very friendly and provides free pick-up and drop-off services. But the breakfast was a bit monotonous. The breakfast started at 7 o'clock, but it was not ready when I went there at 7:30.
Facilities: The facilities are pretty good. The room is actually not small, but it feels a bit crowded, especially the bathroom.

The service attitude is very good. Ask the front desk to quickly deliver mosquito coils; 2. There is no Wi-Fi in the room. This is too inconvenient. It is said to be an Apple phone. There is no signal and I can't connect. Later, my girl's Android phone can't connect either. Which hotel in this era can still have no network?
