我在訂房的時候分兩個單子下的，一個含兩份早餐、一個不含早餐，價格相差83元，但是不含早餐的要現場買早餐就是136元兩份。酒店前台不肯按照含早餐的訂單價格給不含早餐的訂單加早餐，我找了攜程協調也沒有用，倒是攜程給補了一份早餐的費用。我承認按照商業規則酒店沒錯，但是感覺服務分就下降了。
