房間很乾凈，酒店不大，但是服務，設施都很好，來過好幾次，每次都沒有失望，洗衣機不會用，服務員耐心的指導，任何事衹要詢問，都會耐心回答，周圍吃飯也方便，7樓餐廳餐食也很好吃，下次出差還會選擇。

房間衞生特別乾淨，員工服務貼心，早餐種類多，挺好吃的，餐廳服務員服務態度也特別好，可以試試含早餐的，有當地特色酥油茶，停車免費又方便，推薦喲。

屬於旺季吧 停車場都沒有停車位了，已經那麼大的停車場了，然後前台沒有行李部的人推行李
這次感覺入住沒有上一次的服務好，可能因為人太多 香格里拉獨特，古城人逐漸變多了 以前去基本是空無一人 現在跟商業化

酒店早餐廳在頂樓，視野景觀非常好。早餐菜品比較周全，衹是咖啡需要提高一下，太苦了。去松贊林寺，獨克宗古城，納木措自駕的話都比較方便。酒店周圍的雄妹清真餐廳，阿克頓巴餐廳很推薦，菜品味道和價格都不錯。
