Amazing view from our room. Staff really accommodating. Muslim traveller can request for vegetarian meal for breakfast. Prepare register WeChat for easy communication. Thank you for the biscuit gift. Keep it up good work! Cleanliness can be improved. There are hard water marks in the washroom (the photos i took after check-in). I wish there is more clarity about the complimentary service. Photos of afternoon tea as advertised not same, regardless, it was still a good cup of coffee and cake. Same goes to goodnight gift soup as first night only receive milk and only second night we get warm soup.

Really good hotel. Worth the money. The staffs are sooooo helpful and will help you with everything you need. Fast response to your text. Fantastic view too.

The moment you step into the lobby, you’re greeted with breathtaking panoramic views — lush green pastures set against a stunning mountain backdrop. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows throughout the property, including in the rooms, truly let you immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Shangri-La. One of the most charming highlights was the peaceful surroundings filled with ponies, deer, and ducks that you can actually interact with — a rare and heartwarming experience that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel staff were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to Bason and Jing Lan, whose kindness and extra attention to detail made our visit especially pleasant. Their warmth and hospitality really stood out. We highly recommend Lisiman Hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La — it’s the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality. Can’t wait to return again soon!

Everything was perfect! Service is great, such warm hospitality. From the pick up, to the butler. Will wechat us every now and then to ask if we need anything. Their snow nectar milk warm soup was nice to end the night.

Good environment and service. Complimentary photoshoot was a disaster! Poor service by the team because of complimentary nature, reluctant to serve and disregard customer’s needs. Profit driven, only serve when service is paid. Highly not recommending to shot within their property.

Super love this place. Wish I had more time here ! I was having migraine throughout the night. WeChat with the staffs was ever ready with replies even till 1-2am ! Farm animals very amazing. Especially with the deer passing by right outside the room.
