Stay two nights or more and get round-trip service. This B&B is absolutely fantastic! The owners are wonderful, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shangri-La. It's truly amazing, and the safety is excellent. As a solo female traveler in Yunnan, I felt completely secure and had no worries staying here.

This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Dukezong Ancient Town. Its Wabi-sabi style decor is tasteful and chic, and the quality truly rivals hotels that cost 2,000 RMB a night. My friend and I stayed for two nights and we honestly didn't want to check out. We've already promised each other we'll come back to Shangri-La just for this hotel. Hope it continues to thrive!

Initially, I saw some negative reviews saying the owner had a bad attitude, which made me hesitate to book. But I really liked the design of the place, so I went ahead and booked it. After checking in, I found their service to be absolutely perfect. Our Shangri-La trip was quite rushed. We arrived for check-in close to midnight, and someone was still waiting for us. They were also worried we wouldn't find the place, so they came out to guide us, helped us with our luggage, and even offered us ginger tea. They showed us to our room and turned on the dehumidifier and oxygen generator for us. The hotel rooms are incredibly spacious, and they even provide disposable towels and bathtub liners. The next morning during check-out, it might have been the owner's mother who cheerfully told us to stay a few more days and offered us water and snacks. Our stay during the trip was incredibly warm and welcoming! If I ever come back to Shangri-La, I'll definitely stay here again! (This is a genuinely good review!!!)

I never commented, I must comment this time A five-star experience with a price of 100 yuan, the location is very good to find, you can take a taxi to the door, a few hundred meters away from where you are, the room is smart, the humidifier floor heating oxygen generator... also provides clean down jackets, even the mask boss is prepared, it can be seen that the boss is a delicate person The first day I arrived, I was very helpless. Sister Zhuoma immediately brought the oxygen tube and rehydration to open the oxygen for me. Every time I met, I cared about me better. Let me be my own home. It’s just that, Sister Zhuoma really treats every guest with care. Maybe it’s just a water encounter. But let me be alone in my hometown, I am very warm, the most correct decision to come to Shangri-La is to stay in this store! By the way, Sister Zhuoma's own restaurant is downstairs. It is super delicious. It is the best meal I have eaten these days. Tashi Delek, I wish Sister Zhuoma and her family business is as red as the sun on the plateau, and the body is as strong as the green pine!

This hotel is conveniently located right by the East Gate of Dukezong Ancient City. It's super easy to catch the shuttle bus to the scenic spots – just cross the street! While it's a little bit of a walk to the main ancient city area, that actually makes it quieter, which is great for a good night's sleep. The front desk offers a bunch of handy items, even heated eye masks. There's a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes, and they even provide a thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service, which is very convenient. The breakfast selection is quite diverse too. Our room was clean and tidy, and it came with dispersed oxygen, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a pretty good place to stay.

Exceeded all expectations! This was my favorite hotel during my Shangri-La trip. It's stunningly beautiful, located right within the Napa Lake scenic area, with the Yila Grassland just outside the courtyard. There are cows and horses grazing, and you can literally step out of your room to feed them. Definitely choose a ground-floor room with a courtyard. Their Snow Mountain Restaurant is also a major highlight, though unfortunately, it was cloudy during our visit. If you go on a clear day, you can see the entire snow-capped mountain and witness the golden sun illuminating it!

This is a truly unique and charming hotel, with a dignified, antique feel. The wooden stairs, rooms, and floors create a wonderful ambiance. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Besides the usual disposable amenities, they also provided items like shawls and hats, perfect for taking great photos. There's an oxygen machine in the room, and underfloor heating, too! They offer afternoon tea daily and milk in the evenings. Right outside the hotel is a very popular cafe. You can even get discount cards from the hotel for Thangka painting experiences and travel photography. Lastly, the hotel's location is fantastic; you can see the prayer wheel of Guishan Park right as you step out and turn left.

It was too cold to take out my phone, but Dudu and Xiaohua were so adorable. I highly, highly recommend booking the 270-degree view tent! The experience was fantastic, cozy and natural. If the weather's good, sunbathing would be incredibly comfortable. The service staff were also very kind, and the breakfast milk tea and highland barley pancakes were delicious 😋

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was exactly as described: very clean, surprisingly large, and the floor heating in the main area was a welcome feature. The location is truly excellent—easy to find, a short distance from the ancient city, and incredibly convenient for taxis. Having a supermarket right downstairs and access to fantastic local restaurants was a huge plus. The only area for improvement is the bathroom temperature. As there is no heating element, it became quite cold during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, we would happily return for the great value and ideal location.

a luxury hotel in the cliff overlooking the tiger leaping gorge. it is near Tina’s and is accessible by car or fir hikers. Rooms are comfortable with good views, the hotel offers hiking excursions and tea. A little more expensive than other hotels in the area, bur the design architecture and location are worth it.
