We booked the family room with a balcony, and it was spacious and very clean. We had a wonderfully comfortable and quiet stay! The room had oxygen supply, which was incredibly reassuring for anyone with altitude sickness or traveling with elderly family members. Given the dry local climate, the large humidifier provided in the room was a thoughtful touch! I really loved the big table in the room too! The layout and design were excellent. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around, right next to Dukezong Ancient City. The front desk staff, both young men and women, were warm and very attentive, even helping us measure our blood oxygen levels. The breakfast was also plentiful and included local specialties!
