The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she was always happy to assist with any issues we had. She even gave us a free room upgrade. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Absolutely worth it!

The laundry room was well-equipped, the room was spotless, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. It happened to snow that day, and with the Christmas tree in front of the hotel, it was just perfect! Thank you to the hotel for the room upgrade, it was huge!

Facilities: There's a decent-looking laundry room, but the machines are a nightmare. They're Xiaomi or Mijia, all-in-one washer-dryers sharing a single touch screen. Not only are they difficult to operate, but it's also easy to accidentally tamper with someone else's running machine. And the dryer is tiny, absolutely tiny! It feels like it can only dry two winter garments. It's so small the clothes can't even tumble properly. After a preset, unchangeable three-hour drying cycle, some clothes were half-dry, while others were still dripping wet – it was so embarrassing. Plus, with a three-hour drying preset, how many guests can even use it in one night? It looks smart, but in reality, it's completely impractical. They've built such a nice laundry room, they might as well do it right. Cleanliness: Acceptable Environment: Good Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. After booking online, they quickly reached out proactively and created a group chat to facilitate communication before check-in. That's what I call thoughtful service.

The service was great! The hotel helped us arrange our entire skiing experience, with a dedicated car to take us to the ski resort and ski rental shop. Laundry and dining were also very convenient. The hotel's cafe served delicious food, and there was even a cute cat! ☺️☺️
