房間很寬敞，乾淨明亮，自助辦理入住的模式很新穎，同時客服的回覆很及時，都是秒回覆的，裏面的設施很齊全，洗漱衞生用品準備的齊全，還貼心的準備了洗衣液，這點巨好評，地處新一城，交通很便利，去哪都近，愛啦，下次來汕頭玩一定會首選這家的！

公寓位於新一城商業中心，地段繁華，交通便利，吃喝玩樂都方便。酒店今年剛開業，和宣傳圖片一致，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨整潔，配套設施齊全，安靜、舒適，有居家的感覺。酒店免費配備的一次性浴巾和毛巾，乾淨，質量也好，挺新穎的。小陽台還有休閑座椅，方便放鬆和欣賞城市美景。酒店服務熱情周到，有問必答，自助辦理入住。性價比很高，同等價位的公寓裏屬於佼佼者，強烈推薦入住。

原本剛入住酒店的時候是很滿意的，有洗衣機，冰箱，投影儀，乾淨衞生，價格也實惠。 直到躺下休息不久，空調突然嚴重漏水，濕了床！ 店家的服務意識不夠，原本發生這種事應該第一時間換房，而非等待了二十多分鐘才等到員工上門查看，人已經很疲憊了，再一個小時候後才得以換了房間繼續休息！ 希望店家加以改進！

不錯不錯不錯重要事情説三遍，房間寬敞乾淨，衞生間也挺大一點異味都沒有。看的出保潔阿姨工作很認真。老闆對衞生標準要求很高。東西擺放整齊。衞生間還配備一次性毛巾，避免傳統浴巾有時帶來的交叉感染，像別的民宿大部分都是配備傳統浴巾毛巾有些洗的看上去臟希希的都不敢用。真心為這老闆點贊。下次還是定這家公寓。好遇好遇真是好遇

環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，樓下就是大商場，裏面美食也很多。旁邊還有KTV，圖書館。太棒了！房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，房間很多。房內設施也很齊全，衞生也不錯，保潔阿姨人也很好總是介紹汕頭哪裡有好玩的景點，還有地方名小食，下次還來這一家。👍

在網上訂的,價格合適也不貴，重點説房間環境真的很好，家電都是新的，周邊停車方便，是這次旅行中最滿意的一次住宿。而且附近吃的美食也多，玩的也多，還不用十分鐘的路程就到了。。。。。
