This hotel has terrible service and really poor facilities. It feels like you're staying in a parking lot, and right downstairs is a club and foot massage parlor. The environment looks nothing like the pictures. On top of that, the staff are very unprofessional; they just walked into our room without permission, even though they have passwords and master keys. How can a hotel have zero security like this? I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place; don't make the mistake of staying here, especially since it's located in the suburbs.

We had a pleasant stay at Shanheli. The hotel is charming and conveniently located just behind a spa. We were initially concerned it might be noisy, but it was actually quite peaceful. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, the hotel made a great impression, though we were slightly disappointed that our room showed signs of recent repairs that seemed a bit hastily done. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you come to Chenghai

The hotel is fantastically designed. It is spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and polite making the stay very enjoyable. I booked this hotel on the understanding there was a swimming pool as it was advertised on Trip.com with a swimming pool in their details. However, when we arrived, we were told that it was not a swimming pool that was in use. With 2 kids that was looking forward to swimming, it was a big disappointment.

The toothbrushes and toiletries were of good quality, and the room was spacious with a great view. The owner was very welcoming. Excellent! Worth a visit to Chenghai.
