Very good, 100%. The room is very big, you can see the sea and the sunset. The landlord is very nice and the service is great. He responds to all requests and answers all questions. There is an aunt who cleans the room every day and provides mineral water and disposable drinks. Supplies, very satisfied, will come again next time.

首先説一下地理位置吧，網上較火的龍眼南路和海濱路都是開共享單車就能到，然後是酒店內設基本都有，但標註的海景房實際得側着身子才能看到一點，然後攜程看酒店介紹有餐桌4張床也沒有明顯的遮擋，結果到了之後沒有餐桌，衹有一張沙發配套的桌子，跟老闆溝通過後也是説搬走了才能放4張床，這點沒有提前告知，這導致吃飯衹能蹲着或者屈着身體，然後剛到檢查了一下房間的衞生，一張床上全都是頭髮有三四根，聯繫過後，老闆倒是有找人來換，其餘一張床上也是頭髮自己清理了，然後還有蟑螂！！！出行4個人，有兩個人超級怕蟑螂，大小都有的，23年的房子，民宿衞生真的不過關，最基本的環境衞生可以説沒有，我們預訂的是一天也就是兩天一晚，剛到的時候就可以聽到走廊的聲音這是在早上，晚上睡覺可以説蠻折騰的，隔音非常非常差，凌晨兩三點，隔壁還是樓上有人在搗鼓東西、下樓的聲音、聊天的聲音都很吵，衹能説快500的價格，這個體驗下來可以説蠻糟糕的

民宿位置在市中心，萬象城就在對面，離汕頭小公園，龍眼美食街都是非常的近，房間佈置得很温馨，配備非常齊全，用的都是一次性毛巾，浴巾，用的非常放心，床品質量好，睡的很舒服，樓下還有大量停車位，停車很方便，也有很多電動車可以騎，性價比非常高

入住當天發現厠所馬桶後面以及洗手盆有漏水，通知客服過來看看，她看過後不可能馬上可以處理，亦無法跟我們更換房間，她只能用了一性浴巾抺乾後，並對我們說要勞煩我們用一次性浴巾放在漏水位置，濕透了然後讓我們自行處理更新浴巾，這個讓我們非常無奈以及無語。
我們對客服都尚算滿意，但對清潔阿姨就不太滿意了，已跟客服說要多拿浴巾來處理漏水了，清潔阿姨只拿6條過來，我們一行有8個人呢！還要放在漏水位置呀！😒😣

位置很方便，走路可到龍眼路和萬象城，叫外賣也方便，樓上樓下三張床，適合家庭出遊。小朋友們住的很開心，最方便的是洗衣機帶烘乾，每天都可以把衣服洗乾淨，早知道少帶點衣服來了。

酒店非常好，衞生乾淨，準備了一次性馬桶帶、洗臉巾、浴巾、牙刷、梳子等等，連枕套都是一次性的，可見老闆有多用心。房間很大，樓上樓下兩層，起初還擔心空調效果會不太好，但是出乎意料，樓上樓下空調效果都非常好，必須得蓋被子。另外地理位置也很好，離網紅打卡點龍眼南路也近，交通也很便利，下樓就有共享單車，簡直不要太方便。樓下還有超市，買東西方便，最主要的是老闆特別好，既細心又耐心，初來汕頭，人生地不熟，我們總是會不厭其煩的問老闆各種問題，他都會耐心仔細地給告訴我們，總之體驗感非常好，下次來汕頭，還住這家，祝老闆生意興隆！
