Qunguang Huisiwei Loft Apartment (Shantou Wanxiangcheng Longyannan Road Food Street)

The room was very clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. They answered all my questions and called ahead to send me check-in instructions. The apartment is located in the city center and easy to find. The room and bath towels were all disposable. There are many restaurants nearby, making travel very convenient. It was a very pleasant stay. The hair dryer worked great, as did the bath towels. They also provided souvenirs, which I was very satisfied with.

On the day of check-in, we found water leaking behind the toilet and the wash basin. We notified customer service to come and have a look. She couldn't handle it immediately after looking at it, and she couldn't change rooms with us. She could only wipe it dry with a disposable bath towel and told us We were asked to use disposable bath towels and put them in the leaking area. When they got soaked, we were asked to replace the bath towels ourselves. This made us very helpless and speechless. We are quite satisfied with the customer service, but we are not very satisfied with the cleaning lady. We told the customer service to bring more bath towels to deal with the leak, but the cleaning lady only brought 6 towels. There were 8 of us! It also needs to be placed in a leaky location! 😒😣

商務出行選這家酒店太明智了！地理位置優越，離辦事地點很近，出行超方便。房間寬敞明亮，辦公桌椅舒適，網絡網速快且穩定，完全滿足辦公需求。床品和衞浴的體驗感都很好，能緩解一天的疲憊。酒店服務專業周到，響應及時，細節處盡顯用心，是商務出行的優質選擇！

房間很乾凈，地理位置也很好。樓下有很多共享電動車可以用，位置在萬象城斜對面的合勝廣場樓上，建議每天晚上5點多去合勝廣場轉悠，地下美食街有英歌舞表演，從地上一直跳到地下美食街，很有特色，馬路對面就是大眾點評第一的丹霞家常牛肉和林三滿烤肉，都非常火爆，肉非常新鮮，距離龍眼南路走着10多分鐘，也不遠，也可以騎共享電動車，非常方便。唯一的遺憾是我拍的訂單説有宋茶和伴手禮都沒有見到。

很開心遇到這家民宿，老闆娘很熱情，親自來接我們，房間環境很棒，收拾的很乾凈。而且上下樓空間很大，睡的很舒服，地點位置很棒，離萬象城很近，老闆很熱情，任何事情都隨叫隨到！棒棒噠

這家Loft公寓太值了！我們四大一小入住，挑高的空間非常寬敞，完全不覺得擁擠，活動起來很自在。 周邊生活配套特別便利，吃飯、購物、交通都很方便，省了我們不少時間和精力。房間的衞生做得很到位，設施也很齊全，大電視和舒服的沙發都很棒。 房東服務也很貼心，有問必答。總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，下次來還會選擇這裏！
