Parking was easy, check-in was quick, and the room was quite comfortable. The price was reasonable, the environment was nice, and the room was clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel is less than 2 km from Longyannan Road Food Street, which means it's away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Taxis are also very convenient here; unlike downtown, there are no roadside barriers that make getting in and out of a car a hassle.

Everbright Luxury Serviced Residence (Shantou Vientiane City Longyan South Food Street Branch) deserves a thumbs up! 👍 It's located in a bustling area with incredibly convenient transportation. The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was excellent. My stay was fantastic!

The room felt stuffy. Even though there was a window, it just looked out onto artificial flowers and weeds, which made me worry about mosquitoes. The front desk mentioned a fresh air system, but the room still had a damp smell upon entering. It was hard to get rid of the smell unless we kept the door open for ventilation. On our first night, my child got bitten all over their legs – I'm not sure if it was from mosquitoes or if the bed wasn't clean. I'd definitely advise caution if you're traveling with young children. Also, the location isn't great; it's a 20-minute walk to MixC and half an hour to Longyan South Road. Not very convenient at all.

Easy to find and the entrance is prominent. The service was enthusiastic. I ordered takeout in advance and was able to arrange for it to be left at the front desk, which was convenient. The room size was standard. However, the cleanliness... was a bit hard to overlook. There was a fair amount of hair and stains on the bedsheets. Breakfast was filling, though the variety was limited. They were generous with replenishing the bottled water.

I really liked the hotel's decor, but the soundproofing was terrible 😩. I could hear people talking and laughing in other rooms at 2 AM, and the worst part was being woken up by that noise at 4 AM – so embarrassing! 😳 After the central air conditioning ran for a while, there was a smell like secondhand smoke, and I'm not sure if it was resolved after I reported it to the front desk.
