The hotel facilities are all 5-star, but the front desk staff (a woman with glasses) had such a bad attitude, like I owed them money. If you don't like working in the service industry, don't do it. They charge 1000 RMB per night during the Chinese New Year period, and 200 RMB per night on weekdays. They're understaffed, the cleanliness is absolutely appalling—it's clearly never been cleaned, and it's even a bit disgusting. How can they have the nerve to charge 1000 RMB a night! I strongly advise against staying here.
