James Joyce Elite MIXC Mall East Coast Shantou Hotel

The hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We stayed in a family room, but it was located right next to the laundry room, so the noise from the washing machines was a bit disruptive. Other than that, everything else was great.

The hotel has a very retro design style, and all the facilities are new. The room was spacious, very clean, and had no strange odors. Breakfast was also very convenient, and the ladies at the front desk were all very enthusiastic. It was a great experience.

Traveling with my kids, I chose this hotel mainly for its decor and cleanliness, which met our standards. It's convenient to get around by taxi to the attractions, as they're not too far. Housekeeping was also very prompt. Recommended!

Another road trip to Shantou with my little dog! This hotel just opened this year. Before it existed, bringing my dog to Shantou was always a huge headache. I decided to try this hotel out, and it turned out to be much better than I expected! The environment is great, very hygienic and clean, and the service is excellent. I also really like the decor. The hotel charges a pet deposit, which I think is a good idea. It gives responsible pet owners like us, who can keep the room clean, a chance to stay with our pets. I hope other pet owners will also keep the rooms very clean so that both hotels and pet owners can develop a positive relationship.

The hotel's location is great, quite close to the high-speed train station. The front desk service was also very warm and welcoming, and the lobby is beautiful, perfect for taking photos [rose emoji].
