酒店的禮賓，前台，清潔員和餐厅的服务員非常熱情和有禮，大堂/餐厅和房間設計非常漂亮，看得見設計的每一个细节很用心，但我和我老公還是接受不了廁所門用玻璃，非常尴尬,希望可換成磨砂玻璃會好很多，或者可以加個門，对于如果俩父女，或俩母子就一定要注意可能有這个情况，但餐厅的早餐超级好吃，也有很多不同的選擇，這点可以加分，總体除了个廁所和冲谅的玻璃門，其他可以說完美。

酒店服務人員態度很好很熱情，海景套房落地窗超大，可看到海上日出日落，早餐很豐盛，有本地特色的粥粉面粿條那些，甜點做的很棒！酒店就在東海岸邊，打車去市區各景點很是方便！很讚的居住體驗！

這次入住體驗直接拉滿，必須重點表揚前台的Nina和Amy兩位小姐姐，她們的服務真的讓人心生暖意～辦理入住時手腳麻利，還貼心遞上熱茶和小零食，耐心解答我們關於周邊交通、美食的各種疑問，甚至拿出自製的遊玩攻略細細講解，完全解決了我們沒做攻略的焦慮。入住期間每次路過前台，她們都笑意盈盈地打招呼，後來臨時需要額外的洗漱用品，聯繫後幾分鐘就送到房間，態度始終温和又專業。酒店本身也沒讓人失望，房間乾淨整潔 ，床品舒適 ，設備齊全且運行良好 ，強烈推薦給計劃出行的朋友，下次來還選這家，也希望能再次感受到Nina和Amy的優質服務，值得五星好評！

前台服務堪稱滿分！前台Amy的服務非常周到，辦理入住非常專業速度，很有耐心，酒店禮賓也會主動幫忙拿行李，經理Chirs很專業又貼心，瞬間感受到賓至如歸的温暖～～這次入住體驗太棒了！最大的亮點就是無敵海景，早上在房間裏就能看日出，波光粼粼的海面美得不像話。酒店設施都是國際大牌，智能馬桶、恆温泳池一應俱全。員工的服務意識特別強，有求必應，真正做到了賓至如歸。

一入住整個超乎我的預期！真的太喜歡了！前台服务堪稱满分！前台Amy Nina Tiffany winnia的服務非常周到，禮賓敬德也会主動帮忙拿行李！打掃姊姊魏鳳卿超級親切有禮貌，續住了幾天她幫我打掃的超級乾淨❤️美麗的海景房讓人心曠神怡！一住進去就不想離開飯店！最後一天還遇到飯店佈置聖誕樹！讓本來就最喜歡聖誕節的我心情更加美麗！
