Lecheng Hotel

I'm not sure how to review this place. The hotel's location is good, close to attractions and convenient for transport. The facilities are decent, but the service and attention to detail are really poor. The first time I opened the room, I found long hairs all over the floor (obviously left by the previous guest, and not cleaned by staff). When I turned on the tap, it took ages for hot water to come out. The shower head was leaking, causing water to pool outside the shower stall. The sink was in the bedroom, and the tap wouldn't turn off completely, so the constant dripping kept me awake.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and responded promptly to any inquiries. 👍🏻 The hotel also had a smart toilet, washing machine, and two bathrooms, which was very convenient. There was also a dryer downstairs, and the front desk staff would help with drying and unloading clothes if it was too late. 🥰 It was also very convenient for visiting popular attractions. If the walkways were more clean and the rooms were a little cleaner, everything would be even better.

It was a very good travel experience, but the floor was a bit high, on the 20th floor. I hope it can be clearly marked on the Ctrip travel message, otherwise it will be difficult to find. But the service is really very good

I was very happy. The room was comfortable and the transportation was very convenient. I look forward to staying in this hotel again in Shantou next time. They also have discounts and good service attitude.
