I booked this hotel during the Chinese Valentine's Day and called the hotel to see if they could help with the decoration. Unexpectedly, they upgraded the room with a bathtub for free. The decoration was so beautiful. My girlfriend was very happy. It was such a surprise! A very luxurious and high-end hotel, highly recommended! ! !

The room is spacious and well-lit. The floor is high enough and very comfortable. The room is larger than other ordinary hotels, which is a surprise. There are also free snacks and pure milk. The waitress is very attentive and friendly. The front desk is enthusiastic and I am satisfied with the whole process. I will come again in the future! The only choice.

The location of the hotel is good and the transportation is convenient. There is a small cotton city nearby, which is very convenient for eating and other things. Parking is convenient. The front desk is very welcoming. The room decoration is high-end, the hygiene is good, and it is very clean

As the most upscale and most expensive hotel in Chaonan District. What a shame! The price of 1288 is really a pit. The facilities are outdated, and my room on the 7th floor was full of oily smoke at night. I don't know where it came from. Service staff lack of training, no sense of service! I ordered a Niuhe, but there was no chili when it was delivered, so I called and asked for a plate of chili sauce. The person who answered the phone first taught me a lesson, saying why he didn't tell the bad waiter in advance that he had to run again. I wanted to start scolding, but just think about the New Year's Eve. Do you not understand the truth that the customer is God? What's more, does Niuhe without chili sauce have a soul? Don't you understand?

酒店設定氣派大氣 房間安排的很適合處理事情，Lisa提前來電問需求 很貼心。辦理入住時前台小冬給予免費升級，熱情接待 。剛訂酒店的時候還考慮到酒店時間久會不會老舊，入住後完全多慮了。大堂維護的很好 乾淨 有五星級酒店的標準 第二天在大堂等待客户時 大堂Carl和Linda 全程笑臉相迎。值得推薦！

第2次入住這個酒店，首先説一下酒店的位置。附近吃喝還是比較多的。如果覺得附近不是很方便，可以騎共享電瓶車。這個城市最好的就是有共享電瓶車，到哪兒去都很方便。 房間真的很大。房間的床墊真的很舒服。一點也不軟。而且服務人員很好。晚上還給了糖水。

很滿意的一次入住體驗，訂了5間房，訂了房後會有客服主動聯繫，確認客人對房間有什麼需求，因本人是攜程黑鑽會員，有免費升級房型的權利，所以告知需要升級，還為外賓選一下好的房間，謝謝Linda和Carl幫我們升級到行政房，非常感謝！

是潮陽規格最高的酒店了，前台大廳很歐式很豪華，房間乾淨，也專門去看了宴會廳和會議室，樓下餐廳我很大，整體入住體驗不錯
