Very nice hotel with good variety of breakfast. Room is clean and spacious. Location is very strategic too. Malls and shops are within walking distance.

Home away from home. The hygiene level is superband also the service provided! The location itself is very good, walking distance to the mall nearby.

My only go to Hotel in Shantou. Stayed there for at-least 6 times. Good customers focus service from staff service from bell hop , reception, housekeeping to Sheraton Club’s GROs. Especially Ms Leung , Eleven for their assistance & attention to my family. Suggest that hotel interiors need upgrading & to start upgrading soon to retain long term customers. . Definitely will be back.

Shantou Sheraton is located at a very convenient for most of the tourist. Parking is available with many spaces and easily accessible back to our room. I am very impressed with most of their staff - Zoe did a fast and friendly check in upon my arrival and Eleven also did an amazing job during our check out. Most of their staff are well trained and proactive. I will definitely recommend Shamtou Sheraton to anyone coming for a vacation here.

Great stay, was given a free upgrade to sea view room by Monkey Xu and Zoe Ji on check in and also brother and family given a family room which was very helpful and unexpected. Hotel in a great location, very clean and has all the amenities you need for a good stay in Shantou.

location take 10 minutes walk from the shopping area, not as central as we expect!! The staffs from the Club are very friendly and helpful, the receptionist provide the wrong informations about the restaurant's address on the list they provided do need the update all the times!! Overall is Okay.........

Pleasant stay at Sheraton Shantou Hotel. Very helpful staff who went beyond their duty to assist us as we are foreigners and are unfamiliar with the area. Mainly You Gan Zhi, Eleven Ye and Molly Huang. They could remember our face to greet us after our check-in at the reception counter. Keep up the good work. We will definitely fly there to relax again when we have the opportunities.

Rooms are large and clean. There are many power outlets. And the lights are easily controlled. The hotel is large but the elevators and breakfast never felt congested. The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from the Shantou train station and about 10 minutes by car from the old town. The MixC and another mall are within close walking distance. I could not open the bathtub drain for some reason.
