I drove to the hotel and had contacted the owner in advance via WeChat, who confirmed that the parking was conveniently located very close by. I was highly satisfied with the hotel's service, location, and cleanliness. The owner also provided excellent tips for local sightseeing and dining. However, I definitely don't recommend driving in the city center. The roads are very narrow, electric scooters are everywhere, darting around and completely disregarding traffic rules, and finding a parking spot is almost impossible.

The hotel's location by the small park is super convenient, with lots of great spots for photos nearby – absolutely beautiful! I added the housekeeper on WeChat, and she gave us excellent, detailed recommendations for food and attractions. They even kept an eye out for a package I sent to the hotel in advance, and the service was always prompt. However, if you're looking to cast content to the TV, beware that it doesn't work, so you'll need to bring your own tablet if that's a priority! ^_~

The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located in shantou old city , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private VIP big room facilities, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. The hotel boasts an excellent location, not far from a small park, and even has its own private parking lot, making travel very convenient. The service is top-notch; both the front desk and parking staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Breakfast is quite generous, and the 'guotiao' (rice noodles) at the restaurant are delicious. The hotel lobby's lounge area is spacious and comfortable, and there's also a laundry room and a fitness center available.

Facilities: The bathroom in this loft apartment is on the first floor. The colors of the stairs are too similar, making it easy for the bright lights to disturb the children's room when they go to the bathroom at night. Because the main lights aren't on, they easily misstep and almost tripped. Environment: The bathroom sink leaks. The window in the master bedroom on the second floor doesn't close properly because the screen is blocked, making it very noisy during heavy rain at night and disrupting sleep.

This hotel is located near Shantou's Xiaogongyuan (Small Park), making it easy to walk to several popular attractions like the Shantou Hotel, the General Post Office building, and Laomiao Palace Theater. Along the way, you'll find a delightful array of snack and specialty shops – it's incredibly convenient. The hotel's service is also excellent; the staff are polite and very attentive. They contact guests in advance to send the hotel's location and reserve parking spots. Upon arrival, they proactively help guests with their luggage, and the personalized aromatherapy in each room smells wonderful. They also readily offer local travel tips and recommend nearby eateries. The hotel's decor is quite unique and stylish. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel.

We were delighted with this hotel. The location is perfect, surrounded by countless restaurants in the beautiful old city part of Shantou. The room was small but had everything we needed. The bed was super-comfortable, the shower water pressure was good, and the roof terrace has seating and a goldfish pond. The staff were extremely helpful. We would love to come back and stay here again.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.
