My 12-year-old child insisted on giving a good review to the ladies at SATO on the way home. If even a child can feel the warmth of this hotel, then you can trust that they must have something excellent to be so successful. My family and I have been traveling for over half a month, and we are especially satisfied with this hotel! Both the facilities and the service are first-class. The room is decorated with great style, and the equipment works perfectly. From dining to activities, they provided us with the best tips and even arranged a car-charter service for us, saving us a lot of time. The key highlight is that the lobby staff are professional yet warm, making our stay here very pleasant. This is arguably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, giving us an overall feeling of being at home. From check-in to check-out, every step was well-arranged and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was meticulous. In this kind of environment, to experience such service and enthusiasm, I believe not every hotel can achieve it, only this one. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially friends visiting Shanwei like us. I believe you will love it too.

I paid extra to upgrade my room and it was very comfortable. The washing machine was a thoughtful and clean touch. The room was well soundproofed, nice and quiet. The location is key. Highly recommend!

Big thanks to the staff! My son accidentally broke the slipper rack, and the staff immediately came to sort it out. When we came back from our late-night snack, the rack was already fixed, and their service attitude was excellent. It was also very quiet. I'll definitely visit again.

The smart toilet is a great touch, and the room itself is very spacious and comfortable. It's a nice room, very clean, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff are also great. Plus, there are lots of food options nearby.

The location is super convenient, right in the middle of Er Malu. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, the facilities are new, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic. It was a fantastic stay!
