別墅衞生挺好的，晚上燒烤，早上起來阿姨已經收拾好了，沒有蚊子。就是小區管道檢修，都洗冷水澡了

和朋友週末來汕尾吃吃喝喝聚餐，找了這個新開的別墅民宿。房子裝修風格非常符合我的口味，比較新但是不會有味道。衞生做的很乾凈，看得出老闆花了心思維護。管家聯繫很方便，一直指引導航帶我們辦理入住。又有ktv又有麻將，離海邊也很近。還可以讓管家買燒烤，在院子和朋友燒烤喝酒爽歪歪，總體來説非常不錯的體驗！最後，汕尾的大排檔也非常好吃！

上次來金町灣還是去年，今年過來選擇了這家，感覺好極了！衞生也很好，地理位置也很好找！還能看得到海！管家看到我們都很熱情，也會幫忙提行李，問什麼都會給我們解答，還介紹我們去哪裡吃！房間床單也很乾凈，廁所一次性用品也不是便宜的貨。下次還來

體驗過程很棒，出門走兩步就是沙灘，非常方便，還自帶廚房，工具都有，自帶麻將桌，還是自動的，朋友聚會很開心

床很舒服，又乾淨整潔，晚上睡得很舒服，距離海邊就一兩分鐘，樓下走出去就是了，還有ktv和小泳池，小孩子玩得很盡興很開心。 管家服務特別點贊，有什麼需求立馬迴應和解決，下次有需要還來～ 🅿️一到地下停車場就是ktv，搬東西直接電梯就可以上去了，很方便～

1. 説明海景房，但如圖，沒有一間房是看到海景的 2. 介紹是新開業，但看窗簾就知道 3. 衞生不太好，整個房子燈光很暗 4. 游泳池換水要加200,這我不清楚別家是否一樣，但早上路過其他房子看到打掃的在放泳池水 5. 你不跟他要，瓶裝水都不提供 唯一好的就是房東還是好説話的

錯峯出遊，性價比非常高，高速下來幾分鐘就到了酒店，辦理入住也很快很流暢，9月的海邊沒啥人，非常舒服，沙灘也很乾凈。居然還有麥當勞。總體不錯。
